Cellular Regeneration Technique (CRT)
My current focus on the whole body (physical, emotional and spiritual) is grounded in Cellular Regeneration Technique. This work uses muscle testing, a way of gaining feedback directly from your body, to bring you into perfect balance, so the body can heal itself. In the session we utilize the CRT workbook and muscle test to gain specifics (who, what, when, where, why) of the blockage or dysfunction. Then through affirmation, tapping, or other clearing techniques we remove negatives and open the way for healing. I studied this technique under Dr. Gina Kim in Kahului, Maui and have been practicing since 2009.

Laser Therapy
I utilize the ML830® Cold Laser by Microlight. I added this Low Level Laser to my massage practice in 2003 and have found it to be incredibly effective. It is FDA approved for carpel tunnel syndrome, knee and jaw disorders, rotator cuff issues, tendonitis, post-surgery recovery, reducing inflammation, and activating lymph. In a session I'll apply the right protocol to your specific issue; treating the main site of the pain and any affected areas.

ADAPT
ADAPT (Athletic Development and Performance Therapy) was formed around the principals of how a body adapts and heals through correcting muscular dysfunction and rehabilitation with specific kinesthetic stimulus. The goal for ADAPT is to restore, develop, and maintain a balanced musculoskeletal system.

BEMER
BEMER (Bio Electric Magnetic Energy Regulator) technology uses a computerized micro circulation apparatus turning on each person’s own “internal doctor” by stimulating capillaries and vaso motion. In practice, there is a mat for whole-body treatment, as well as applicators to target specific points. The BEMER can be easily transported and is available to rent for private use.
